El Cuco tells the police that he saw Marta's body and a lot of blood: "‘El Cuco’ the underage man who is accused of taking part in the murder of Marta del Castillo in Sevilla two years ago, is reported to have almost confessed more about his participation in the disposal of the body.

It happened as he was being transferred from Jáen to Sevilla for his trial, when National Police investigators told him that they had found his DNA mixed with that of Marta’s at the scene of the crime in the flat in Calle León XIII, home of Miguel Carcaño, the self-confessed killer.

On Friday police told the court that he burst into tears and cried ‘like a baby’ on the news that he was now implicated in the raping and killing of Marta and not just helping to dispose of the body.
Police said that they though he was going to confess.

‘El Cuco’ then admitted that he saw Marta with a lot of blood in the flat in Calle León XIII, before clamming up again saying he would only talk in the presence of his lawyer."
