Secretary General of 'Manos Limpias' indicted for fraud and coercion

The leader of the independent right wing union, Manos Limpias, Miguel Bernard, has been called to court number 3 in Madrid as part of an investigation into fraud and coercion. When he appears, it’s thought sometime in May, he will be questioned about 2007 recordings given to the court by the Galician constructor, Manuel Núñez who has already been condemned in the Totana case to an 8,700 € for attempting to defraud the PP Mayor of Totana, Murcia, Juan Morales, who has in turn been found guilty of fraud, money laundering, falsification and misuse of public funds. Manos Limpias has been quick to present private prosecutions in several headlining cases in Spain, and have taken action against Emilio Botín, the CAM savings bank, Baltasar Garzón and the Infanta Cristina among others.
