However that number is down considerably from last's year's total of 74.The Ministerio de Seguridad Pública says that the majority of those arrests are men who that used to snuggle out drugs of Costa Rica concealed in their bodies or luggage.The main countries of destination of the mules are Spain, Italy and Holland, where the price of illegal drugs is much higher."
