The 19 year Jail sentence against Tony King for the murder of the Mijas youngster Rocio Wanninkhof who died after being stabbed nine times on October 9 1999 was confirmed by the Spanish Supreme CourtThe 19 year Jail sentence for murder was confirmed by the Supreme Court. Reports indicate that the appeal against the sentence placed by the King defence has therefore been rejected. The Andalucian Supreme Court TSJA consideration last April that the guilty verdict was ‘sufficiently motivated’, therefore stands.
