The video has gone viral on Twitter and Facebook after being widely shared by the huge number of British tourists on holiday in Spain this summer.
It is said to be an example of 'mamading' - a game where bars encourage young women to perform sex acts in return for free alcohol.
'Mamada' is a Spanish slang term for performing a sex act.
Many have expressed disgust at the video.
