National Police officers intercepted more than 750 kilos of hashish in a pleasure boat in the port of Sancti Petri, in Cádiz, arresting 10 people in the operation.  The investigation began last October after officers detected the presence of an organized gang based in the Cadiz town of La Linea de la Concepcion, who had already attempted to smuggle drugs into the country. Having monitored their movements, officers were able to swoop on the vessel, finding 26 bales of hashish, totalling 750 kilograms in weight, and 500 euro in cash.
