Friday, in Arrecife, Lanzarote, against six British soldiers who allegedly took part in a fight in the La Vaca Loca restaurant on the Costa Teguise in February this year.
The six are accused of causing injury and damage, and acting against authority.
Witnesses said that the men hit both staff and clients at the restaurant and as a result of the brawl four people needed hospital attention.
