Fernando del Valle, has called for the instruction of the case against him to be declared null and void.


Fernando del Valle, has called for the instruction of the case against him to be declared null and void. The request has been presented by the lawyer representing him, Horacio Oliva.
The case was investigated back in 2005 by the then Instruction Judge 5 in Marbella, Miguel Ángel Torres. El País reports that some close to the case describe the summary as ‘chaotic’.The case got underway again on Monday after a month’s suspension to give all sides time to read the case summary, which had been sent incomplete to some of the 19 accused parties.Del Valle is accused of laundering 12 million € of money from several criminal activities via his offices, and faces a 15 year prison sentence in the case.
