40 year old Spanish woman, named with the initials J.C.R. has been arrested in Benidorm and faces possible charges of attempted homicide after stabbing her 27 year old Lithuanian sentimental partner in the heart. It’s understood there was a distancing order in place against the man who now in hospital in a serious condition.
It happened at 10,30pm on Saturday night in a residential block in Avenida Portugal in the town, and a full investigation is continuing from the National Police. They found a blood-covered kitchen knife hidden behind a curtain.In a separate tragedy in the Tolosa, Guipúzcoa, in the Basque Country, a woman has died after being stabbed in the neck. The Ertzainta regional police have arrested two men, aged 49 and 44, one of them was her partner, as their investigations continue.
