Civil Guard reserve captain faces a 22 years prison sentence

Málaga, a Civil Guard reserve captain faces a 22 years prison sentence for two crimes.
He goes on trial for the murder of his daughter’s boyfriend in 2005, and the attempted murder of the victim’s brother, which happened outside the home the victim shared with the suspect’s daughter in Rincón de la Victoria. The prosecutor says the brother managed to disarm the officer of two weapons, the murder weapon and another gun he had in a holster on his right ankle.
